How It Works

For each friend you refer who purchases a product or service, you earn a $10 referral discount, up to a total of $50 per receipt. Any excess referral credit carries over to future purchases. Certain terms and conditions apply, so be sure to check them out.

Referral Program Registration

Participation is simple:

Fill out the registration form for the referral program.
When your friend(s) complete an income tax return or other eligible service with us, your referral discount kicks in.
Notify our professionals about your referral, and your discount will be applied to your receipt.

Terms and Conditions

Definitions: 1. The person who performed the referral is designated as the “referring individual”. 2. The individual of your referral is known and refers to as the “referred”. 3. Each referred must satisfy the conditions as stated in (2.), which whom has satisfied the conditions are known as “qualified referred”. Eligibility to earn a $10 referral discount is conditioned upon the registration and the referred. Conditions: 1. The referring individual must report and notify us by any means the identifiable name of the referred in addition to the information of the referring individual as required in the referral program registration form. 2. The referred must purchase an eligible service with CCL Tax & Accounting, Inc. 3. Qualified services include income tax preparation and accounting. 4. All required information inquired by the referral program registration form must be provided accurately to the best of your knowledge, valid, and verifiable, or otherwise subject to null or risk of ineligibility. 5. One qualified referred entitles you to a claim of a $10 referral discount. Expressly, a $10 discount for every qualified referred, up to $50 applicable maximum on a single invoice and receipt. 6. Only one referral discount of $10 can be earned per qualified referred, regardless if qualified referred purchased two or more services with us. 7. If the nature of the referred is a business, doing business as, or is registered as a corporation, it will be considered as an entity no different than an individual “referred” or "qualified referred" for referral discount purposes asserted above. 8. Abuse or exploitation of the referral program is prohibited. Upon discovery of such will result in the suspension of referral eligibility and entitlement. 9. We may terminate or suspend the eligibility of the referral program of any person immediately, without prior notice, for a sensible and rational reason, including without limitation if you breach the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program immediately or in the future, without prior notice, for a sensible and rational reason.
