COVID Update: Stay Safe

We hope that everyone will stay safe and healthy amid the Covid-19 outbreak. These are some preventive measures you can take to reduce the risk of infection and spread.

1) Clean your hands often

2) Avoid close contact (6 feet recommended)

3) Avoid touching your face (esp. eyes, nose, and mouth)

4) Stay home if feeling unwell

5) Wear a facemask if you are sick or plans to visit a healthcare provider's office

6) Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue or use the inside of your elbow.

7) Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
