6. Document Signing and Notarization:
You affix your signature, and our notary public officiates the process.
7. Submission to Certifying Agencies:
We submit the completed documentation to the relevant certifying agencies.
8. Acceptance and Certificates:
Following agency review and approval, you'll receive your acceptance letter and certificates via email.

Certification Duration: New York State (NYS) and New York City (NYC) M/WBE certifications remain valid for 5 years. The Port Authority of NY and NJ (PANYNJ) M/WBE certification holds for 3 years, with the option to recertify.
Supporting Documents: Certain confidential supporting documents must be procured by applicants due to their nature. We can assist in obtaining or producing specific documents.
